  9. Congratulations for purchasing a custom screen saver, done especially for you!
  10. The screen saver that we together are producing will be a slide show of ten
  11. pictures you send to us, faded, wiped, merged,..etc, to produce fascinating
  12. screen effects.  Either you choose the effects by looking at the DEMOSAVE.EXE
  13. program, or just let us pick some for you - it's THAT EASY!
  14.  
  15. The screen savers that can be purchased by this form are for private usage
  16. ONLY!  Businesses wishing to offer custom screen savers for their business/
  17. organization and those wishing to re-distribute screen savers MUST contact
  18. Excel Progs and Idaho Interactive first to discuss redistribution license
  19. agreements.  We feel we are very reasonable in pricing.

  21. INSTRUCTIONS:
  22.  
  23. Fill out your name and address. 
  24.  
  25. You will need to send us 10 photographs of various activities.  These
  26. photographs need to be numbered on the back so as we may distinguish which
  27. fade(s) to perform on them.  These photographs have to be your original work,
  28. and in no way may be or contain copyrighted material.  IF YOU SEND A
  29. PHOTOGRAPH FOR SCANNING WHICH CONTAINS COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL, IT IS OUR RIGHT
  30. TO ASSUME THAT YOU HOLD THE COPYRIGHT FOR ANY SUCH MATERIAL!!!  WE WILL NOT
  31. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT OCCUR DUE TO THE SCANNING OF SUCH
  32. MATERIAL.  Also, due to laws regarding pornography, we will not scan ANY
  33. pictures than contain pornographic or indecent subject matter, PERIOD.

  35. Regarding the photographs that you send:  Please note that standard sized
  36. photos are preferred.  We will scan larger pictures but due to resolution
  37. requirements (640 X 480 X 256), the picture may have to be cropped somewhat.

  39. Legal jabber out of the way, let us continue on.  Each picture can be brought
  40. onto the screen and taken off in a variety of ways.  For example:  Picture #1
  41. can be wiped on the screen, and then can leave the screen by simply "moving
  42. away."  Each picture has an entry effect and an exit effect.  You, however,
  43. can decide to have transition effects between pictures, which will replace
  44. picture A's exit and picture B's entry.  For example:  The first picture can
  45. have an entry effect where it is brought on the screen in a circular
  46. rectangular wipe.  It can exit the screen using one of the many exit effects,
  47. or it can exit the screen by being "merged" with the second picture.

  49. If this is too complicated, just check the part which says "Choose the fades
  50. for me!" and our artistic designers will choose great fades and wipes for
  51. you to enjoy.

  53. After all that is settled, you need to choose the method of payment.  We
  54. accept cash (which is NOT recommended through the mail), checks, money
  55. orders, or one of the four major credit cards - American Express, Discover,
  56. Mastercard, or Visa.  Payment by the latter method requires you to fill
  57. out your card number and expiration date.  This information WILL BE KEPT
  58. CONFIDENTIAL.

  67. Idaho Interactive will then, after processing the order, send the pictures
  68. to Excel Progs for coding and distribution.  Your screen saver package will
  69. be addressed from Andrew Malek of Excel Progs, and please accept 1-3 weeks
  70. after our time of receiving the order for delivery.

  73. Canada, and Mexico} can not be accepted without prior approval of IDI and EP.
